Hello, I have a few wedding cakes to make on the next months. The brides wants me to make a sample cake, and unfortunately I know them all, so I would like to know if someone knows about any product that I can use as fondant, I don't really want to waste fondant on the samples, and also since I'm doing them I will kepp them for future consultations, but if someone knows how to cut cost and make my expenses minimal I would appreciate it!

Marshmallow fondant and other fondant recipes are much less expensive than commercial fondant. The recipe and instructions for MMF are here on the home page.

Some have used the recipe for fondant in The Cake Bible, with great success.
