I need some help.
DH bought me all 3 Student Kits from Wilton to get a start on my decorating. I am in the middle of course 1, and because the class is over an hour away, I have decided to do Course 2 and 3 from home. I ordered the workbooks from Country Kitchen, and the Course 3 book I got is an older version than the Course 1 and 2 books that I have, and it does not really match up with the supplies in my student kit. The main thing I wanted to learn was fondant roses, and although my Student Kit has the supplies to make them, my Course 3 book does not have any instructions on them.
I know there is a newer version of the book available, I have seen it pictured on the back of my Course 2 book. I contacted Country Kitchen to see if they could send me the new version instead, and I was told there wasn't one (even though I know there is).
I am wondering if anyone out there would be willing to share the instructions for the fondant roses. Ideally, I would love the whole book, but since I cannot get it from Country Kitchen, I am not sure where to get it from.
Or, if anyone has a link to a website showing how to make the fondant roses, using the flower fondant cutters, I would really appreciate it!

I'm not sure what's in the course 3 kit but on wilton.com there are instructions for fondant roses. I've never gotten much from the course books but I have the Fondant Fun book from Wilton (I think that's the title) and there are instructions in the back of it. See if you can order that book or get it walmart, michaels and the like. HTH and best wishes for learning all you can!

I checked out the Wilton site earlier, and the instructions are for forming each petal seperately. I think in Course 3, the do it with flower cut outs.
I will have to see if I can find that Fondant book, see if there are instructions in there...

Hobby Lobby sells the course books - they normally have all three for about $4.50 each.

I just checked the Celebrate with Fondant book mentioned above. The instructions in that book are identical to the Course book. Good Luck icon_smile.gif

Thanks for all the help!
I don't have a Hobby Lobby up in Canada icon_sad.gif otherwise I would just go down there and pick a new book up!
Thanks again all!

I did the wilton course 3 about 2 years ago and we didn't learn how to do fondant roses.
