Hi all, I'm a little new here and was hoping someone could answer a question for me. I'm making a cake for my daughters b-day this weekend and I was thinking about trying MMF to cover the cake. I was planning on making a BCT of Polly Pocket for the top of the cake. My question is, can I put a BCT on top of MMF? I thought that my family would be good guinea pigs for my first attempt! Thanks for any help!

I think there is a forum posted here about fondant on top of buttercream. I think they're maybe the same? not sure though. I'll check....

I am so sorry I was wrong.. it was royal icing plaque over BC... I am sure somebody would be able to help you. I'll be watching this topic as I am interested to know.
