I made cupcakes this past weekend and they looked really weird. Kinda like when you sit in the tub toooooo long and your finders and toes shrivel, well the top of my cupcakes looked like that and they fell! i used Duncan Hines with french vanilla pudding mix, an extra egg, milk in place of water, and of course the butter. What happened?

It is sometimes a factor of temperature and baking time. Don't overmix the batter and whne you think they might be done, give them another minute or so. it works for me.
