Coloring Fondant "cayman" Blue

I am making my first "official" cake soon.
The bride wants a 4 tier graduated color in cayman blue (the bright, bright blue).
Can anyone help me on how to get this color? The brightest blue will be the bottom tier and as I get to the top tier it will be the palest color with bright blue hearts.

Hi Gloria,

I would find a didtributor in your area that sells "AmeriColor" Brand food coloring. Thier color is the best I have ever worked with:
