Hi all in San Francisco
My name is Karen and I live in Australia.... my sister is currently in San Francisco and due to the fact that some products are not available in Australia or a very costly I was hoping she could pick up a couple of items for me while in the US.
She is staying at the Handlery Union Square Hotel so we need stores local to this.
The items I am after are:
disposable cupcake carriers (that hold 12 cupcakes)
Americolor colors
Wilton Pans (enchanted castle and 3d cruiser mainly)
and other wonderful tid bits.
If anyone can advise me of local stores supplying any of the above.... please please please let me know ASAP.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Bump, I do not know of any in SF I shop san jose. For wilton she can find a michaels store for that.
dky, there's a supply store called Pacific Coast Products, 1050 26th Street, San Francisco 94107 that's not too far from your sister. Not sure if she has a rental car or not. Here's the phone number (415) 647-2700 so she doesn't make a wasted trip if they don't carry Americolor or the cupcake holder.
There's also a Michael's Craft Store located on 3991 Hollis Street, Emeryville, CA 94608. Phone number is (510) 658-4830 if your sister wants to call to make sure they have the pans you want. It says it's about 8 miles from where she's staying.
I hope that helps!
What a gem you are... thank you so much... I will pop her an email right now and hope she can get there. She only has a few days left... I should have thought to ask earlier...
I also thought to order from Kitchen kraft and cake central but given they were only there for 1 week the delivery was always going to be touch and go.
I will keep you posted how I go.
thanks again

Hi karen,l havent looked lately but on the Australian ebay they sell a lot of those wilton cake pans your after.Hope this helps
Karen,
The Wilton enchanted castle pan is sold at cakedeco.com.au, but it's expensive. $34.90!!!
There is also one on ebay for $24, but postage is $10.
Whoah! I didn't realise how expensive these were.
Thanks guys.
I have checked out Ebay in the past and have never seen any I like for less that $30 australian dollars and that is without postage and I can normally get them cheaper wholesale through a couple of my local suppliers... but not cheap enough compared to the US.
They work out to about $10-$15 australian if my sister can find them... and no postage as she will bring them back in her luggage..... she has said she has seen a few on her travels (lots of long days shopping.... she is a shopping addict) but they have all been very heavy.... so to me they do not sound like WILTON as the WILTON ones I have a very light.
Its just a shame I could not get the timing right with delivery from CC or KITCHEN KRAFT as they both had free postage when spending over $50 and that would not have been hard.... fingers crossed my sis can get me some things.
KAREN
