I make ice cream cakes. I usually add bubble gum balls to vanilla or strawberry ice cream to get "bubble gum ice cream". However, this time, I want to add blue color to plain vanilla ice cream (then add the balls). I'm trying to recreate that bubble gum flavor (remember the old days...Swensons and Farrell's BG ice cream)?? Any ideas on bubble gum flavoring for my vanilla ice cream?
thanks
Pam

Hi Pam-
I believe that LorAnn oils makes a bubble gum flavoring. I just checked out their website and they do make flavorings for icecream.

I love LorAnn oils. They come in almost every flavor imaginable. I always add the bavarian cream flavoring to my buttercream. Yummy!

Yep, I just checked another website and yes, they do make a bubblegum flavored oil.

I have never ordered the oils online. I can find them at my local cake supply stores.

I checked Amazon. They sell the Barry Farms brand. I'm going to get it. Thanks for the great advice.
