I was wondering if anyone has the recipe for the Cool Whip Icing? I attended the San Diego Cake Show in March and the icing they used on their Opening Cake Ceremony tasted just like cool whip but they also made roses with it. So if anyone has this recipe I would greatly appreciate it if you would share.

TIA

The "icing" Maria used on the opening cake was Pastry Pride. You can get it at Do It With Icing or Smart and Final in San Diego. It is sold frozen by the quart or gallon. It is great stuff and is non-dairy so it doesn't have to be refrigerated like whipping cream after you frost your cake. Hope this helps.

You're so welcome!!

Pastry Pride makes a great filling also. Just mix in whatever you want from peanut butter, nutella, dry pudding mix (before whipping) to make whatever flavor you're looking for. It holds up very well.

Enjoy!!
