what kinds of flavor have you used for cake balls other than amaretto?

I want to make some with it...but I also want to make some for my kids...any ideas?

Also....can you cover cake balls in poured fondant? or is melted chocolate the best?

thanks thumbs_up.gif

For the peanut butter I melted peanut butter and put in peanut butter chips, for the choc and nuts I added caramel topping (Ice cream topping), for the strawberry I just added the frosting, lemon just the curd and coconut just the sweet cond milk. They all held together very well.

I have about 10 different extract flavors that I use. Most recently I have used banana, cherry, raspberry, and anise. I think it makes it interesting to have different flavors.
