I'm going to be making the present cake in my Course 3, and I would like to tink the fondant so it comes out a bright lime green. I've seen this color on quite a few cakes. Do you buy a lime green gel somewhere (I don't believe Wilton sells that color). Or do you color it yellow and slowly add green to it? This will be my first time mixing color, especially with fondant.

I'd go the green and yellow route, I'd use lemon yellow and kelly green I think.

My cymbidium cake is a combination of Americolor's electric green with some spring green powder!

You could try Wilton's leaf green with some yellow added...
