Can someone please tell me how to turn some of my already made Wilton Class buttercream into choco buttercream (just need some to color black).
I had to use this recipe as the kids I am making the cake for are allergic to soy,eggs, nuts and dairy.
I know I should add cocoa powder but I don't know the proportions and I don't want to make more of this not so yummy icing...as I don't want leftovers!!!

3/4 cup cocoa or three 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted (per 3 cup recipe)
you might need to add some extra liquid.
