I just attempted my 1st FBCT yesterday. It didn't turn out so well. I was wondering what size of tips you all use for outlining and filling in etc. Please give me any tips you can. Thanks!

I use a tip #4 for outlining and depending on the size of the area usually between a 6 and 10.

I outline an area and then freeze, take out and fill in. Go to another area and do the same.

Found that this keeps my outlining from smearing.

I use tip 1-4 for outlines...depending on how big the picture is. And, it depends on how big of an area you are filling in as to what size tip you should use.

I start in the center, like with faces or something...it's easier to wipe away if a mistake is made and work out.

I don't let my outline harden before filling in...it can break when icing touches it.

Good Luck with them and just keep practicing...you'll get it!!!
