I have tried mmf twice now, but I have no idea how it compares to other "play-doh" type mediums. What are the differences between fondant, mmf, gum paste, and marzipan? I have a tube of marzipan that I would like to try using, but no idea where to start. Thanks!

Marzipan is made out of Almond Paste..FOndant is not..FOndant is all sugar, water, Marshmallow...Marzipan can be eaten just the way it is. or used as filling to any candy or Chocolate...Fondant is mainly for icing a cake. same as Gum Paste (w/c is for Flowers and decoration purposes only). icon_smile.gif
