icon_cry.gif I went to Sugarcraft website to order a 4 Petal/Oval Shape Fake Cake...the ordering part is very confusing, and they refuse to take orders over the phone..they keep telling me to go into the internet/ but I have not had any luck..I need this in two weeks . I have ordered from them before w/ out a problem, but this time it just seems impossible....

They are the only ones with this shape..I have looked into other business that sells foam cakes.... icon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_sad.gificon_sad.gif

Go to Dallas Foam. they are the best. I got 14 dummies for less than $20 including shipping. Only thing that is a little confusing is that on their site they say you have to have a certain minimum ( Iforgt how much.) Not so for the dummies it's $10. And they email you and if their is any confusion someone will call you. sugarcrft is good for some things. but because of their lousy customer service I try not to use them. I go to Beryl's on the net. Beryl is helpful and most often answers the phone and will even help with cake dec. questions. There, now you have it. PM me let me know how it worked. sorry, I am not good at linking you up to Dallas foam.

Dallas Foam doesn't offer petal shaped dummies.

Don't know what the problem might be with trying to place your order. Maybe you could make your own dummies out of rice krispy treats or spray foam?

It is confusing but maybe this will help. Do a search for "dummy" and clicked on the "order here" button next to "ALLOW 2-3 EXTRA SHIPPING DAYS FOR ALL MISCELLANEOUS FAKE CAKE SHAPES ".

A pop up window will come up. Click on OK.

The cost comes up as $0 with this message "FAKE CAKE Miscellaneous SHAPES/SIZES. Include Mini's, Commas, 8-Petal, Oval 4-Petal, 5-Petal, Elongated Octagon, Crescents, Clover, Square Whimisical, Wedges, Triangle, Terra Cotta Pots, Octagon, Odd Round, Odd Square, Odd Rectangle, Corner Cut, Odd Sized, and Hexagon. Change quantity if necessary. THEN make sure to add the shape, size, and price shown to the MESSAGE BOX at the end of your order. Our staff will adjust price manually when your order has been shipped."

Change the qty to what you want to order and click on change.

Scroll to the bottom and click on 'check out'.

At the bottom of the next screen in the message box enter:
OVAL 4-PETAL4 inch tall
6-1/4X8-1/2 inch $7.55
8x10-3/4 inch $9.75
10-1/4x14-1/4 inch $12.00
12x17 inch $15.00
14x20 inch $17.95
(only put in the size & price for the one you want) If you want different sizes, I would put the quantity of each in the message box.

Hope that helps.
Mary Ann
