I am looking for a delicious choc cake recipe. I haven't found one yet. Something moist and chocolately (fudgey) tasting. Anybody got one???!!!

Thanks icon_biggrin.gif

This is my favourite chocolate cake at the moment.
the top is crusty so you'll need to cut it off before you ice it, but it makes for a really nice taste test : )

I enjoy the Devishly Good Chocolate cake from the Cake Mix Doctor (her first book)...but I do not have the recipe on me right now. icon_cry.gif

This is my favourite... it makes a LOT of cake, but you can cut it in half. It's VERY chocolatey due to the bittersweet chocolate AND cocoa powder that's been mixed with boiling water (that really brings out the chocolatey goodness of cocoa!)

It's a nice moist cake, an it carves reasonably well too!
