The Cookies and Cream Filling from the "fillings" recipe section on this site is really easy and yummy in a chocolate cake. You don't need to ask for help scraping out the bowl!

I really like the mousse fillings. The one on this site that I love is Rasberry mousse and it only takes 3 ingredients to make and the recipe makes alot.
It's called Rasberry mousse filling II

We used fresh strawberries and Bavarian Crème (already made purchased from the local cake store.) It was yummy.

Cakesondemand, do you have to refrigerate a cake with the cheesecake filling? That sounds sooo yummy!

Cakesondemand,

Do you combine the raspberry filling and cheesecake mix together or one on top of the other. I'm just wondering what works best. I'd love to try that with strawberry filling.

No It was covered in Fondant and I had no problems with it I just did one today with a layer of cherry filling & cheesecake filling one on top of the other for my DH to take to work for a retirement. Its not refrigerated and iced in BC. Use powder milk and water it doesn't sour. If torted in 3 or 4 just alternate it so you have a fruit layer and cheesecake layer.
