I will be making a monkey cake for my daugter for her birthday. I am making fondant bannanas and I need to know what is the best recipe to use for this. I also need to know how do I make the bannanas look ripe with some brown on them? Should I add brown food coloring with a paint brush or a sponge? I am not sure how to do this.
Thanks for the help and for the recipes.

Marshmallow fondant is probably the easiest. there is a recipe and instructions on the homepage.

mmf is my absolute favorite!!! I haven't really expanded into too much other recipes. Here's a link that I love and keep on the counter every time I make it.
