Yo voy ha hacer el icing de antonia para las galletas pero lo quiero hacer con clara de huevo no con meringue powder, cuanto tiempo aguantaran las galletas?

I don't speak or read spanish, but it seems that maybe you are saying that you want to make Antonia's icing but have no meringue powder. If you have powdered egg whites, you should be able to use them in place of the meringue powder with the same results. Hope this helps.

Ok, I would to make the icing whith natural egg whites and I would to know Howmany time I can conserve the cookies whitout freeze them?

I have iced cookies with royal icing made with egg whites and they have kept very well for up to a month in an air tight container. Hope that helps!
