Hey all! I am going to do a tower of roses cake for a display. Is there a two inch difference between the tiers? How tall did you make yours?? I have heard some people using upwards of 12-13 dozen roses for this, is that about right?? What kind of border did you use? How do I attach the dummies together? Any tips or suggestions for doing this would be great. Thanks a bunch!!

I've done a tower of rose cake...I used 15 dozen roses and I could have used more...There's a picture in my photo album. It's kind of a different cake because they wanted brownies, donuts, cookies and cake. I used a cake board inbetween the food and the roses.
