I have a bunch of cookies to make this month (easter and a baby shower). I would like to mkae the icing in advanced. How do I store Antonia's icing. Also Can I bake my cookies this weekend for the shower and freeze them until I need them. (April 23rd). How many days in advanced show I take them out of the freezer. Just give me me instructions please. lol...Melissa

I've made some and then shipped them to my grandmother...she froze them in a rubbermaid container then took them out the day before she needed them ...but don't open the lid until you are ready for them.....opening them before will cause condensation on them....
