I have a bunch of cookies to make this month (easter and a baby shower). I would like to mkae the icing in advanced. How do I store Antonia's icing. Also Can I bake my cookies this weekend for the shower and freeze them until I need them. (April 23rd). How many days in advanced show I take them out of the freezer. Just give me me instructions please. lol...Melissa

I've made some and then shipped them to my grandmother...she froze them in a rubbermaid container then took them out the day before she needed them ...but don't open the lid until you are ready for them.....opening them before will cause condensation on them.... icon_biggrin.gif
