Less than a month ago (just barely), is when I joined CC. And, WOW!!!!, what a great place it is!!!!

I just now realized that I'm a forum addict!!!!! I guess I hit the 500 mark!!!

WHEN do you have time to bake/decorate. work, etc. ? I now put my laptop on the kitchen counter. This is bad!!!!

This site really is addictive.........I've tried and tried to explain to my DH, but he just doesn't get it.

He doesn't understand why I'm on the computer so much. Oh well, as long as I understand, LOL!

There are just so many great and helpful people on this site and there's so much inspiration!!!!!!

Wow! I am on here every day. I read all the posts and suck in all the information that I have gathered. But I don't leave that many posts. Maybe I should, and become an "official forum addict." LOL

My hubby hates it that I get on here so much, but I'm a stay at home mom..........I need some kind of regular civilization....and all of you cake people seem to "get" me.

my boyfriend makes fun of me ALLL the time... cuz im ALWAYS on here.. even if i dont have to look for anything.. i love looking at the added cakes!
and when i read him a joke, or the funny cake stories, he looks at me weird.. and when i tell him REALLLY funny ones, where im laughing SOOO hard i can bearly talk, he just thinks im crazy and then goes " werid cake lady humor"

so yea. to him, we have our own race. crazy cake bakers

my children love looking at these cakes too......they'll ask me to do a search for one just so they can look at them.......oh no..........they're boys!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

I am constantly on here, but I'm self conscious about posting unless I feel like I have something to contribute....in part, because I'm such a newbie and in part b/c in real life, I think I talk too much.

I'm just starting to post quite a bit now. I have been "lurking" around reading the posts and looking at the pics for a couple of months now. I decided that I may not be the best at decorating but something that I say may just help another newbie.

OK MMDD I thought you were like a LONG time member you seem to know so much and you lots of posts... I haven't been on here long and am barely a jr member, but I don't post alot b/c i don't have lots of knowledge but I am here SEVERAL times a day. I like you am a sahm and this is my contact w/ the real world!

All I can say is I hope my boss doesn't walk by because I am making Royal Icing daisies at my desk right now for my Easter cake...
