Hi Everyone, Happy Easter!! I made my first NFSC tonight, kind of a last minute thing for the fam for Easter. Is it me or do these cookies tend to run a little on the dry side?? I have a similar recipe that has sour cream in it. Anyone ever try anything like this??

I never really liked the NFSC. I always thought it was a little tasteless...
I haven't used a recipe with sour cream in it so I can't answer your question about that but I have tried Penny's... and haven't looked back since! It is sooo great and tasteful; you should definitely give it a try! thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gificon_biggrin.gif

I only use Penny's SC recipe as I thought the NFSC were too dry and not much flavor either. Plus, when mixing up the dough I followed the recipe to the T and had to add liquid in order for it to form a dough ball. Penny's whips up like a dream so I've never looked back

Have not tried any recipe with sour cream but do want to try one with cream cheese YUM!
