I have a lady that is looking for some cookies as a thank you for her parents. The problem (or opportunity haha) is that her dad has heart issues and her mom is trying to stay away from sugar to diet. Has anyone heard of a low fat/no fat cookie recipe??? I tried doing a search and either there aren't any or I wasn't doing something right! Any help would be appreciated. She was kind of wanting a sugar cookie but I think at this point she is open. Thanks for any help!

that was going to be my suggestion...just swap out the ingredients for low fat and use sugar substitute....splenda works really great for baking.
