i cant believe it is 3:30 in the morning and im still up. last night i tried the bct with the store bought pre colored icing. first thing the yellow was way to yellow. then when i was smoothing the back i totaly put to much preasure and it smeared my design. well it was midnight and i was tired so i went to bed. today i spent all day shopping in dallas then was at my cousins helping her plan her husbands bday party which is next weekend.(yes i will be doing the cake) we dont even make it to my house until 10 pm. we just finsihed the bct. its in the freezer until about 11 or noon. when i get up in a few hours i have to go to the store and buy more stuff to make more icing for the actual cake becaise my first batch did not turn out. that is a whole other story. i also have to make my rice for the party and then hopefully i can catch a nap. anyways but tomorrow night i should have a pic posted. i must say my best friend/cousin is a life saver. if it werent for her i would be hours away from going to bed. she basically did the whole bct herself. while i shaped the cake and made icing and put the crumb coat on the cake. so when i post the pic she gets all the credit for the bct, not me.
