LET THE COOKIE BAKING BEGIN!!!!!

Sounds like a great idea, I'm in! And bragging rights is a fine prize.

Could we get a folder in the Gallery under Cookies for the Cookie Club? Then each month, have a folder added for that month So it would be Photo Gallery>Cookies>CookieClub>AprilShowers and we would all put our pictures in there?

I don't know who sets these up and if they would object. but i think this would be easier to see all of the cookies then putting them in the post or just putting them in the Cookie gallery since there are already alot of cookies in there.

I am so excited to get going on this theme. I have a lot of ideas and wanted to ask if we are allowed to post more than one picture? I have a lot of ideas for this theme but don't know if I will get them all made at the same time or not that is why I am asking. I also wanted to ask how and where we are supposed to post out pictures? Is there a way to post them to a gallery that could just be designated for this? Thank you again for coming up with this idea. I cannot wait to see everyones designs.

Sooo...I think this is a great idea! I would love to get into doing cookies. Especially since antonia is such an inspiration!

My one question that I've come up with..for each month's theme, will there be a deadline to submit your photos?

Yes, this is a great idea - count me in as well! One question: will there be a minimum amount of cookies we will need to include in our picture?

I may not be able to do April, as I am having eye surgery in about a week and a half, but maybe I can get them done and turned in before then, since we already have a theme....

" April cookie contest/spring showers"

I thought about asking Jackie if we could have a place in the gallery for our themes. However decided against it due to the fact that it would be added work for her to do, especially in light of the fact that they did not want to undertake a Cookie decorating contest at this time. So it would probably be best for use to create a thread for each month. All the pictures would be posted there for the time being.

Remember that the threads tend to slide down as more threads come in so you may have to search down the list. I will speak with Jackie and see if she will allow us to post each month's theme as a sticky so that it will stay on top for that month.

Hmmm, why didn't I think of all of this earlier? lol...

No actual deadline has been set yet. I would guess the end of the month though. I believe Cake Princess is seeing if Jackie will put a sticky on a thread for this so we can post our pics in the same thread for each month. The THEME is April/Spring showers if anyone missed that. I'm sure Cake Princess will get this started here within the next few days, maybe.
