I just made a batch of candy clay. I used 14 oz white chocolate and 1/3 cup Karo syrup. My question is....what do I do with all of the liquid that has been produced? Am I supposed to knead it in or drain it out?

Well, I took the chocolate out of the goop and set it on plastic wrap. After a few minutes, the goop began to turn into a solid - sort of like liquid fat. (eewww). So I put the chocolate back in and worked the goop back into it. It went easier because it was more of a solid. But as I worked it, it began dripping again so I quit, wrapped in in the plastic wrap, and there it sits. I"ll keep you informed when I start to work with it! This will be for the chocolate leaves wedding cake in Sept. I'll need all the practice I can get!
