Does anyone know where I could get a chocolate wine bottle mold or how I would mold a wine bottle out of modeling chocolate? I have never used modeling chocolate before, not sure how it handles.

I have seen Jacque Torres do this.. he used unflavored gelatin ..first made a mixture of gelatin and water, then submerged a bottle (half way), let it set then, used that as his mold for chocolate bottle..it worked, but you need a lot of unflavored gelatin.
