Okay everyone, I'm really stuck. I need a cake for this Saturday am I'm at a lost for ideas. I need an idea for a 3 year old's cake who is really into bugs. He loves bugs, especially spiders! The cake needs to feed 50. Does anyone have any idea's? Thanks! - Ellie

In addition to Doug's idea (great, by the way) you can put a spider border around the outside.

There is a really good spider cake on here . With satellite spiders on the sides of it. Made with peanut m and m bodies. It had black licorice legs like Doug suggested.

Thank you all so much! If none of this inspires me, I'm afraid I've lost my touch and nothing will inspire me. I think I'm just starting to stress a little is why I can't come up with something. I have 5 cakes due by Friday. Good reason to stress. DH normally would help me when I get this booked up, but he's out of state this week with his job! <sigh>
