Can someone please share with me a Cream Cheese Caramel frosting or icing that is not has good texture, somewhat stiff and easy to use. I need it for a Pumpkin cake.

Yum...this sounds like something I would like to have, too! Bumping you up.
Someone posted this recipe the other day...I don't think it is for icing cakes, but it would be good as a filling!
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
6oz caramel ice cream topping
Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese
Add caramel topping and blend well
Cover and let rest in refrigerator until thick
