Hello All,
It is Monday icon_sad.gif Not a very cheerful Monday person. I thought I would share a cupcake with you all. It is a strawberry pound cake with a french buttercream strawberry filling and a white ganache topping. So what are your favorite combinations? I love cupcakes and I am always looking for ideas.

Thanks and have a happy day

I like chocolate ganache filled and decorated chocolate cupcakes. I also read about a pomegranate (did I spell that right?!) cupcake that had the juice drizzled on top with pomegranate icing. That sounded really good! Not one of my kids (or husband) are morning people ANY DAY but I am, so I'm sure they're glad I changed shifts and leave earlier than them now! Can you imagine my husband driving them to school? icon_lol.gificon_surprised.gif

On Dawn's website (she's the greatest!) she fills them with tip 230 but says any tip can be used. Just stick the tip halfway down and don't squeeze too much in or the cake will break when the wrapper is removed. She does it in three places and says it leaves about as much filling as a ding dong. Thanks Dawn!
