I wonder if anyone has ever used Mexican chocolate for their cake baking. It's the one that comes in the yellow and red octagon shaped cardboard container. I think it's flavored with cinnamon and sugar. It's used in making mexican hot chocolate.

I have only made hot chocolate with...i wpould think if you like chocolate and cinnamon combination you will like it.

I have had a cake made with mexican chocolate at Milestones. It was soooo yummy. Hands down the best flavour in a chocolate cake I've ever had.

Ahh finaly found someone from BC Peachshortcake
Im in Chilliwack nice to meet you. Mexican chocolate is really good I think it would be good in a cake wouldn't hurt to try.
