I know this is totally off topic but I find it amazing how I can have a question about a cake recipe or a BC icing recipe and I can ask my question and get an answer from someone in Italy or Finland or anywhere else in the world. Is this website great or what

I agree completely!! I think about that a lot. It really makes the world feel much smaller!! I feel so blessed to have all this knowledge at my fingertips.
