Hi,
I wanted to make some MMF this weekend and play around with it and maybe put it on the cake I'm making. But the recipe calls for a 16 oz bag of marshmellows and I only have a 10.5 oz bag. Can I still make it but add less powdered sugar?

It might be easier to make a 1/2 batch using 8 oz of MM then you can 1/2 the water, flavoring, and PS. That is what I do when I only have to make accents....
