Got a question for anyone who knows the answer. I make my flowers out of buttercream frosting and then I freeze them. I just realized that I have some in the freezer that have been there for over a month. They are covered tightly but I'm thinking that maybe it's been too long and I should toss them? Any thoughts? THanks so much!!

I think they would be fine. But if you are really worried about it, eat one. You will know if there is a problem with them.

my wilton instructor said they last 6 month + in the freezer and that royal ones you can keep for years tightly sealed....I have never done either, but I have kept a buttercream transfer frozen for 3 weeks and it was perfectly fine and tasted just as good as a fresh one
