Me too (losing weight). I tried to get her to join me in my weight loss but she's got her mind set already for this more invasive way. Oh well...she'll enjoy lots of CAKE before hand at the party!!!

...LOL...yeah, I know .....but she will not have had the surgery at the date of the party. The party is for her 40th b-day AND kind of a last-real-supper party. After surgery she'll only be able to eat like an ounce of food at a time. So the party will have lots of good eats and CAKE...real yummy cake, no substitutions I'm gonna try the whipped cream frosting and I am also makin' some ganache truffles
I have been dieting latley as well but the day of the shindig I will not...how can I pass up good cake?!?!
