Does anyone know how long modelling chocolate decoratings will keep? Do they last as long as fondant or gum paste?

Modeling chocolate is a lot like Tootsie Rolls. they will get hard, but still edible. And will last a very long time-unless they melt with too much heat. Keep them dry and dust free.
