i just bought the new william sonanma bunny pan and I am having a problem with it's ears. The bunny has great details to it.It is a large standingup bunny(quite detailed and beautiful) but the body is thick and the ears are not so the while the body is cooking the ears are crisping.
Any suggestions? Johanna

Try wrapping the ears in a good thickness of aluminium foil shiny side out - it might help deflect the heat way from that part of the tin.

elibats7, let us know how your ears come out. I'm thinking about buying that pan. icon_smile.gif I love all holiday pans.
