If so can you tell me why mine is crumbling? I just made it two days ago. I went to play with it and its really hard and crumbly. I wrapped it really well. Do I need to add more water?? I don't want to throw this out.

I love CK Gumpaste and Royal Icing.

Never had that problem.

Maybe you can add more water as you said...can't hurt nothing at this stage icon_lol.gif

Please let me know how it turns out for you.

I worked it out. I just kneaded it with a bit of shortening on my hands and it came together really well. Its so much nicer to work with than the wilton mix, which never seems to get thin enough and still handle-able.

I am glad you worked it out

I like it for some things fresh I find it too soft for many flowers like roses but after a week it gets firmer and will work fine... I also like to make a batch of wiltons and a batch of CK and I then mix them together and find it is perfect for me..... or take some older already mixed and knead it into the fresh CK and it will work and not be too soft.
