How Do I Correctly Defrost A Cake???

I just found a chocolate cake in the freezer...saran wrapped and foil...that I made a few weeks ago. And I'm craving chocolate BAD today. icon_smile.gif How I defrost this bad boy??

Sure! Stick it in the fridge, while still wrapped and allow it to defrost for a few hours.

If you defrost it unwrapped, you will loose some moisture...
