The best one out there that I also have is the Airmaster from Kopykake.com.You can find the same model at different cake decorating stores like Sugarcraft.com and Countrytkitchensa.com and Winbeckler.com.If you have the chance to take a class I definelty would!!

I love my airbrush! Saves soooooooo much time, very easy to use. I practiced on iced cardboards to get the feel of it before I started using it on cakes. Works great, just make sure you get the cleaner to go with it when you do purchase one. There are stencils that you can use to, you can find these at most Michael's or Hobby Lobby stores.

Good Luck and remember practice makes perfect!

Well it saves time if you want a cake all one color...but Texascupcake is right...you have to practice alot to get the feel and air pressure of the gun.I use mine on nearly every cake I do!! You can do some pretty spectacular things with an airbrush but it takes alot of practice!!

You will still have to ice and pipe on your cake, the airbrush can only add colour and shading which in turn gives your cake a more dimensional appearance rather then a flat one.
