I need to defrost a cake for tomorrow evening. It's not a biggie if the cake is not fully defrosted today as I can decorate frost it on cold. It's for my last Wilton class. However, all I did was take it out of the fridge. Is there anything else I need to do? I have never defrosted a cake.

Thanks!

I think I need to go back to bed.

I thought you were asking about TAKING THE FROSTING OFF of a cake.

De-frosting it.

I'm not a well woman....
