Has anyone ever beat the eggwhites till they are stiff when using a cake mix? I was wondering if it would work or not.

Thanks,
Christie

It would probably be just like a chiffon cake then...I don't see why not. You ought to try it and let us know how it turns outicon_smile.gif

Chiffon cakes are thin like mix cakes so I'd expect it to work quite well thumbs_up.gif
