This weekend was the bridal show and I think it went rather well.

I did two cakes. One was traditional buttercream with a fountain and silk flowers. The other was a contemporary fondant cake (very inspired by a Cakes by Sam cake, Thank You Sam).

I also has decorated cookies on display with samples.

I did do the souffle cup samples with my logo labeled on top. The samples were white w/ traditional buttercream, chocolate w/ chocolate buttercream, and carrot macadamia w/ white chocolate cream cheese icing. The carrot cake was a hit.

I got several compliments from all of the wedding professionals, that was awesome.

I'll post pictures in my photos.

Thank you to everyone for their help and suggestions.

Congratulations! I love your set up! I like the idea of showing how many servings the cake has and I really like how your samples were packaged. Good Luck and hope this will keep you busy!

Nice job on your cakes, cookies and the overall setup. I like how you displayed the number of servings for the cake. Great idea using the little cups for samples. I'll have to check Sam's website for the molds. But, could you share where you bought the little souffle cups? Do they have a website? Thanks.
