I would like to get one for my business. Does anyone have one? And if so...which size should I get? Where did you get yours?

Thanks!

I bought an Otis Spunkmeyer convection oven on Ebay several years ago. I love it. I use it for my cookies. It has 3 levels

I am in the search for one of these right now as I lease space in a kitchen and need to add a small oven. I spoke to Cadco about some of their countertop ovens - they said for cakes you need one that works on the 220 volt plug vs the 110. The ones that cook on a 110 work great for cookies, etc but don't recommend it for cakes. They have a half-sheet pan countertop that runs around $1k on ebay new that will work - I think it is the 450OV (not the 350, which is the 110V version).

I hope you get some more feedback on this as I want to get some idea if other people are using these before I take the plunge!
