I need a good lemon filling that would not require refrigeration. I have seen some but they need to be refrigerated. Can anyone help?

Have you tried Lady Cakes. I haven't tried her recipes, but she sure has a lot of them for fillings. Sorry couldn't be more helpful icon_sad.gif

I always use lemon curd added to IMBC. It tastes heavenly!!!

Would lemon curd and crisco type buttercream work?

Are you making your own lemon curd or do you mean the kind in the preserves section in a jar?
