I have a queation about color flow icing and I hope someone can help. How long can you keep and where do you store the icing if you have leftover from a project? I was told you can't keep it, but I can't find anything in the wilton books or the class books I teach from. I am going to also email Wilton, but I wanted to try the great minds here first hoping to get a quicker respone and probably and more truthful answer.
