Hi my boss (male) is turning 40 on April 4th. Between now and then i'm going to visit my sister for a couple days (new baby). WOuld i be able to make cookies this weekend and have it keep until the 4th..... If so how should i store it?

You can freeze them at several stages. You can mix and freeze the dough, you can roll them out and freeze them to bake later (requires lots of freezer space and heavy duty plastic wrap.

Bake and freeze or even bake, decorate, dry completely, then freeze.
