Does Anyone Have Directions For The Deer Head Cake Saved?

I just know I have seen a thread on here that showed the deer head cake without any frosting, so you can see how it's made. I've tried searching and keep getting a site error message. I need to make one for next weekend, and I'd love to save myself some 'trial and error' time with directions to go by. Thanks in advance!!
Happy Baking,
Beth

OOPS!!
I have a picture of the cake done if you want it and the directions from Connie if this is the right cake.
Thanks gibson, that isn't the one I was looking for, but I'm keeping it in mind in case the other doesn't work out so well! LOL
I did get the instructions in a PM. Thanks for the help all!
I would love to have the directions to the deer head shown here without the frosting and also the finished cake. Thank You! Vickie
Thanks for the info! I actually have conquered making the head out of RKT. It took a little trial and error, but I did it! lol I have the antlers and ears made with wire and modeling chocolate. Now , just have to cover the head and add details. I hope it turns out ok. Thanks again!!!
So i'm going to attempt to pull this off in a few weeks here did you figure out how much rkt you needed to make the head?
AI started out with making a batch, which was no where near enough. So, I decided to buy them pre-packaged instead. I'm thinking I used about 32, which was 2 boxes of 16 count of the regular size treats, in addition to the batch I had made. To save you're self the trouble, the store bought treats are MUCH easier to work with. It really depends on how big you need the head to be. I used 16" round cakes so I needed the head to be quiet large. Also, the head when complete is very heavy so, make sure you have enough support in the cake to hold. And, if you have to travel with the cake, I wouldn't recommend placing the head onto the cake until after delivery. I'll be more than happy to help in any way I can, feel free to send me an email. Its [email protected]. Good luck!
