I'm not sure if it is possible, but if any of you have a really good white cake recipe that stays moist as a cupcake, I would greatly appreciate it! I need to make cupcakes for my first paid wedding cakes - I'd like to make a great impression!

pm me and I'll send you my recipe... I make cupcakes out of it as samples for tastings, and they stay moist for days (although they never last that long!).

I posted the white wedding cake (I don't know who's actual recipe it is). But, that cake is pretty moist and good to me for a scratch cake. Good Luck!
