I remember seeing a recipe here somewhere, but I cannot find it again! I have a TON of leftover cake in my freezer, from leveling cakes. I do not care for the cake balls and it is just too much to try to make parfaits. I remember seeing a recipe for cookies from the left over cake ... does anyone have that recipe? Any other ideas? Anyone want some cake???

btw, I found about 4 different cookie recipes, all of them calling for oatmeal (which my family hates) I did modify a couple of them to combine a very tasty chocolate chip cookie recipe...I posted it in the recipe area, (do not know how long it takes to show up) but if anyone wants it, let me know! They are really good and I used up a lot of my crumbs!

My son hates oatmeal also, so what I do is put it in the blender and grind it up to a powdery flour like stuff, if I had a food processor Id use it but I don't. My son doesnt even know and they still taste great! So maybe try that. Thanks
